  • Help you design a networking strategy that will allow you to have connections that convert, rather than just connecting with any and everybody. You will learn how to identify a quality connection and how to cultivate that relationship in a way that will yield a positive result.

Qualification Criteria of Each HR Path Program Member 

There is a qualification process for each HR professional. I will be personally delivering the coaching experience and I can only work with a select group of qualified female HR professionals who want to achieve the 3 objectives above.   • Four Group Coaching Calls Per Month.
    Throughout the month, we will meet face to face for high level coaching calls together. We will discuss strategy, overcome challenges, peer mastermind, and receive individualized support as we develop your career plan mapping abilities as a HR professional. You'll receive all the support you need to know what to do, how to do it, or fixing any issues.
  • Private Client Only LinkedIn Group.
    Surround yourself with the likeminded women in HR. This is a community where you will ask questions, get support, generously share, and meet new friends who are on your level.
